Is Draper a good place to live?

Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $726,000, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Thanks! The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The cost of living is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
