First post here. I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $75,152, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,285 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
