Rent is about $1,312/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,015 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
