Hi all, We have two kids and It's a a smaller city city with about 30,015 people. You can expect to pay around $1,312 for rent here. Household incomes average around $87,993 in Drexel Hill. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
