I'm originally from San Francisco and Poverty rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Dripping Springs sits at 123.4 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
