Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $486 for rent here. The median home value here is around $85,000, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 2,315, Drumright is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
