Worst things about Dry Run nobody talks about

OK so Median household income is $180,850, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.

Came here for family and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The walkability is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
