Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $97,952, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,991 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much stable but now it's challenging.

Moved here from Baltimore about 4 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to traffic but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
