Duarte is underrated, change my mind

Hey, Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Midtown area are challenging. Kids love it here.
