Curious what people think. I'm a 28-year-old contractor and Crime rate is something to consider -Duarte sits at 255.2 per 100K. Rent is about $1,991/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? Cheers.
