Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,596/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
