Is Dublin worth moving to in 2026?

Poverty rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $514,900 on average. Household incomes average around $155,282 in Dublin. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community vibe is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
