Studio apartments in DuBois -options?
OK so Been living here since 2022. The median home value here is around $114,900, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
