Longtime lurker here, The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $943/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.
