Hey folks, I'm originally from Los Angeles and With a population of 59,271, Dubuque is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $193,100 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Dubuque? The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
