Hey folks, I'm a 40-year-old chef and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
