Pros and cons of Duenweg after 7 years

First post here. I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $941 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Lakewood area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
