Is Duluth walkable?

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $225,700 on average. Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to New York it's solid.
