Alright, I'm single, late 40s, and Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. Rent is about $1,037/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $66,263, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
