Job market in Dumont for tech?

Random thought, I've been here for 20 years and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Eastside area are challenging. Kids love it here.

I'm a nurse and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
