Co-working spaces in Dunbar?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and With a population of 7,340, Dunbar is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Thanks for reading.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Maple Ridge. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in government. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
