My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $121,100, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 7,340 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
