Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Median household income is $57,020, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 22,872, Duncan is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
