Most overrated things about Duncanville

First post here. I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $239,200, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $71,381 in Duncanville. It's a a smaller city city with about 39,879 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
