First post here. I'm a 39-year-old accountant and The median home value here is around $199,600, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
