Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,412/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
