With a population of 1,882, Dundas is a small town. The median home value here is around $293,400, which seems about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
