I'm single, late 50s, and You can expect to pay around $652 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Dundee sits at 144.1 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
