Just moved to Dunedin, any tips?

OK so I'm originally from Miami and The median home value here is around $341,700, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $341,700 on average. With a population of 36,060, Dunedin is a smaller city. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
