Top 5 things I love about Dunedin

You can expect to pay around $1,523 for rent here. The median home value here is around $341,700, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 13 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into running, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
