Hey, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $38,666 in Dunlap. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 10 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
