My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 8,782 people. The median home value here is around $935,000, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Worth the trade-offs?

Random thought, You can expect to pay around $3,501 for rent here. Median household income is $236,563, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
