Hey, Born and raised here. Rent is about $796/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Appreciate any input. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
