Dunwoody quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey, The median home value here is around $579,400, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The cost of living is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
