How are the schools in Durango?

Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Durango sits at 389.2 per 100K. Median household income is $79,545, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 19,257, Durango is a small town. Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
