Remote worker thinking about Durango

OK so I work in insurance and Homes are going for about $609,700 on average. Household incomes average around $79,545 in Durango. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation?

Came here for work and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The healthcare is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
