First post here. We have two kids and With a population of 1,904, Durant is a small town. You can expect to pay around $765 for rent here. Rent is about $765/month for a decent place. Median household income is $82,563, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
