Moving to Duvall for work -advice?

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 8,279 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think?

Best apartments in Duvall under ?

Hi all, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do?
