Hi all, Been living here since 2008. Rent is about $1,604/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,604 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 68,158 people. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
