Pros and cons of Eagan after 6 years

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Homes are going for about $380,800 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
