Anyone regret moving to Eagle Mountain?

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,995/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Eagle Mountain? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much pricey but now it's underrated.
