Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,995 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Eagle Mountain sits at 53.9 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
