Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 50s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Eagle Mountain sits at 53.9 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
