Hello, I'm single, late 30s, and Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $469,500 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

I work in marketing here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is challenging. Feel free to reach out with questions..
