What Eagleton Village does better than anywhere else

Hey folks, I'm retired and The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Riverside. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in engineering. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
