Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $813,000 on average. With a population of 1,892, East Atlantic Beach is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
