Alright, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -East Bakersfield sits at 209.2 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,005 for rent here. Poverty rate is 35.6%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 7.5%, which is concerning. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services.
