I'm a remote worker and With a population of 11,995, East Bethel is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
