Is it worth buying in East Brookfield?

Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from St. Louis and Homes are going for about $337,500 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 4 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Oak Park side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
