Best apartments in East Chicago under ?

Hey folks, Been living here since 2021. The median home value here is around $92,400, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots?

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Downtown area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
